Department Insight
The Retail division is dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions to both Personal and Business Banking clients. Our mission is to assist customers in effectively managing their finances and achieving their financial aspirations through a diverse array of products and services, including deposits, insurance, loans (secured and unsecured), as well as investment and wealth advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute customer requests within the Card Services Customer Fulfillment domain, such as card cancellations, replacements, bill payments, and GIRO applications.
- Ensure all requests are processed accurately and within established Service Level Agreements.
- Address and resolve feedback, complaints, and inquiries from customers and business units in a timely manner.
- Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing productivity, risk management, efficiency, and service quality within the team.
- Assist in management-driven digitization initiatives and undertake various administrative tasks as assigned.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a recognized diploma, complemented by a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in banking.
- Previous experience in banking operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in computer skills and analytical thinking.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
