Senior Vendor Management Officer, Card Operations

Senior Officer, Vendor Management, Card Operations Processing Centre
Position Overview:
- Engage with internal teams and external vendors to oversee daily operations related to card production and distribution, ensuring compliance with service standards.
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for Card Operations, focusing on processing metrics, efficiency, punctuality, and resource allocation for executive review.
- Compile and submit monthly and quarterly reports on operational schemes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in formulating the department's financial plan and track incurred expenditures.
- Support compliance checks for departmental procedures and monitor the maintenance of the division.
- Facilitate the procurement of office supplies and manage the processing of expense invoices.
- Oversee the governance of Fixed Assets within the department.
- Collaborate with the corporate real estate team to ensure the maintenance of the division's facilities.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Vendor or Operations roles.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome, with training provided.
- Exhibit attention to detail and possess strong communication abilities.
- Demonstrate the capacity to excel in a dynamic work environment.
