Senior Officer, Vendor Management, Card Operations Processing Centre

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Officer to join our Vendor Management team in Card Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure the smooth operation of card embossing and delivery matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on processing volume, productivity, and resources to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of divisional budgets and monitor expenses.
- Support the procurement of stationery, office essentials, and process invoices for expenses incurred.
- Support the governance of fixed assets for the division.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Vendor/Operations.
- Open to entry-level candidates with training provided.
- Meticulous and good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
