Financial Performance Specialist

This role is responsible for managing financial data, preparing general ledger entries, and performing reconciliation of balance sheets.
\As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify cost savings opportunities and ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
\Additionally, you will support external and internal auditors in their examination of financial statements and perform special projects as needed.
\Key Responsibilities\- \
- Prepare monthly end closing activities, including GL entries, accruals, prepayments, deferred, reclassifications\
- Analyze cost variance and perform root-cause analysis\
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings initiatives\
- Ensure SOX compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures\
- Support external and internal auditors in financial statement examinations\
- Perform special projects and analysis as needed\
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
\Strong knowledge of finance and accounting concepts is essential, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
