About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in driving project forward and ensuring smooth and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and business needs.
  • Analyze and synthesize business requirements, and build suitable business cases and generate client/business needs through human-centric, visual methods.
  • Develop user stories, functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects to understand technical requirements in the realm of Cloud Architecture, DevSecOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
  • Deliver technical deliverables on a timely basis, including architecture diagrams, cloud hosting and setup, technical integrations with 3rd party systems, performance and load testing, solution design, and technical specifications.
  • Manage the project's technical track, plan and prioritize tasks, and create informative reporting to present progress and status to stakeholders.
  • Support the full software development cycle to ensure project readiness for smooth deployment, adoption, and operations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, or Computer Engineering with excellent academic records or outstanding professional or personal achievement.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software development, cloud architecture, technical analysis, or system analysis.
  • Participated in a full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology.
  • Prior hands-on coding experiences.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas.
  • Strong influencing and people management skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into digital mediums.
  • Meticulous and detailed-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications, such as Cloud Certificates or Project Management Certificates.
  • Prior experience in a product development firm or consulting experience.
  • Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas: database designs, cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines.
