Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements and apply industry best practices to design optimal solutions that support business processes and meet/exceed functional requirements.
  • Build trusting relationships with major project stakeholders and lead them to the adoption of the best solution.
  • Guide teams to successfully deliver Salesforce projects.
  • Organize, prepare, run/support, and coordinate UAT, user training, and manage roll-out.
  • Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Salesforce).
  • Salesforce certification in Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in IT or equivalent.
  • Advanced Salesforce certification.
  • Experience in managing teams of functional and technical resources.
