We are looking for an experienced Field Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field service experience to our customers.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing technical support and maintenance services for telecommunications networks and related products. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to complete assigned tasks efficiently and within stipulated timelines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing installation and maintenance support for high-value segment customers and related products.
  • Delivering on-site support for domestic copper and fibre transmission networks and services.
  • Ensuring service excellence by meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets for service delivery and restoration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Customer Service.
  • Proven experience as a Field Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
  • Strong technical knowledge in data communications, internet security, and home automation systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical users.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service with strong customer engagement and handling abilities.
