About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Sales Support Executive at NNR Global Logistics (S) Pte. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate airfreight charges and costs on behalf of the company with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers and overseas agents regarding shipment arrangements and general inquiries.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers and overseas agents when required.
- Follow up on outstanding shipment matters and provide regular progress updates to customers.
- Assist in resolving shipment issues by coordinating with the appropriate departments (Air, Ocean, Logistics).
- Prepare reports as requested by customers and overseas agents.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Head of Department to support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related industry.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Candidates who are available to start work on short notice will be given preference.
- Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered.
