Financial Accountant Wanted for Private Equity Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team in a dynamic private equity role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing accurate and timely financial closings for our General Partners' entities.
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing local GAAP & IFRS financial closings for Guernsey or Luxembourg entities
  • Leading interim and year-end audit processes, including annual financial statement preparation
  • Handling tax, regulatory, and compliance monitoring and reporting
  • Resolving and reconciling accounting discrepancies and coordinating with team members when required
  • Executing timely payment of capital calls to products
  • Maintaining proper files and documentation in accordance with company policies and accepted accounting standards

Requirements:
  • IFRS experience is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
  • Tax knowledge is necessary
  • Healthcare and private equity experience is preferred
  • Fund administration and GAAP knowledge is beneficial
  • Closings and accounting expertise is required
