
Kaki Bukit Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in Kaki Bukit. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily attendance, work schedules, and document submissions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Operations Team on a daily basis.
- Source products and manage purchase orders.
- Prepare quotations, work orders, and variation orders.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Team.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
- GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Higher NITEC in Business Studies.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work meticulously, have a positive attitude, and be a good team player.
- Preferably residing in the East area.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior roles.
