Job Title:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in Kaki Bukit. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily attendance, work schedules, and document submissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Operations Team on a daily basis.
  • Source products and manage purchase orders.
  • Prepare quotations, work orders, and variation orders.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Team.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Higher NITEC in Business Studies.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work meticulously, have a positive attitude, and be a good team player.
  • Preferably residing in the East area.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior roles.
