Inventory Manager cum Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our inventory levels and oversee procurement activities. This role involves ensuring smooth coordination with vendors and internal teams, as well as handling purchasing activities and managing stock.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive, inspect, and organise incoming stock
- Monitor inventory levels and update records
- Handle sourcing, price comparisons, and purchase order processing
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Track and verify deliveries against orders
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods to various locations/countries
- Conduct cycle counts and monthly stocktaking
- Record and analyse monthly inventory status
- Ensure accurate spare parts scheduling and control
- Monitor purchase expenses and provisions
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and implementing procurement initiatives
- GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (or equivalent)
- 2-3 years' experience in a logistics environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels
- Independent, resourceful, and proactive with a positive attitude
