Maintenance Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the operational facilities and ensuring the smooth running of our supply chain environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. If you have a strong background in electrical, mechatronics, or civil industrial fields, we want to hear from you
About the Role
- Perform routine maintenance on building systems, including ACMV, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Schedule and manage daily facility works, troubleshoot, and repair as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure fire safety standards are met.
- Liaise with departments to prioritize and manage maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with machine troubleshooting, PLC programming, and repair when required.
- Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure maintenance work meets contract and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- NITEC/ITC/Diploma in electrical, mechatronics, civil industrial, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in food & beverage or manufacturing industries.
- Preferred hands-on experience in utilities and facilities maintenance.
