Job Summary:

This role focuses on technical support and equipment maintenance, requiring individuals with expertise in electronics, electrical, and computer systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly perform tasks to ensure optimal performance of servers, PCs, and electronics gear.
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance in troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading hardware and software systems.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for spare parts management, service reports, and monthly data summaries.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions.

Requirements:
  • Technical Qualifications: Proficiency in electronics, electrical, and computer systems, including knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and soldering techniques.
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Words, Excel) and basic documentation skills for records and reports.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of mechanical engineering and software maintenance is a plus.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork mindset and ability to collaborate effectively.
