Senior Solution Lead

As a seasoned Solution Lead, you will own and execute core elements of Finance and Treasury platforms/products in your region. You will partner closely with global and regional process owners and functions to maximize program execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and implement high-level program initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
  • Support the execution of individual projects through standards for scope, schedule, budget, resource, and risk/issue management.
  • Identify and implement optimized program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement to deliver effective and efficient project execution.
  • Create and maintain a channel for critical issue and project change management, ensuring transparency and alignment of expectations between project teams and partners.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and partners.
  • Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have an IT or Computer Science degree holder with 6-8 years of experience in solutioning in Finance, Treasury. Additionally, they should possess expertise in SAP FI configuration, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and more.
