Sr. Talent Acquisition Associate

6 Months Contract, Sr. Associate, HR Talent Attraction


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team on a 6 months contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with business units to understand their hiring requirements and develop innovative talent attraction strategies.
About the Role
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the organization's culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent and proven experience in talent attraction, recruitment, or a related role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate closely with business units to understand their hiring requirements and develop innovative talent attraction strategies.
  2. Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the organization's culture, values, and opportunities.
  3. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  5. Regularly track and report on key talent attraction metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.

Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
