Job Title: Key Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

Our organisation is seeking a skilled and experienced Key Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the overall recruitment strategy, leading and developing a high-performing internal talent acquisition team, and enhancing the talent attraction/employer branding impact in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with a degree in a relevant field. They will possess strong team management and leadership skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

They will also be skilled at listening, influencing for results and stakeholder management, and familiar with Applicant Tracking System and other recruitment technologies/sourcing tools. Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of local/regional labour market, hiring practices, trends, employment laws and regulations.
