Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an Enterprise Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in streamlining workflows and driving digital transformation across the organization.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes and be able to translate them into system workflows and digital solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver automation solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary contact for business stakeholders, gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide advisory guidance on workflow and automation design to drive adoption.
  • Prepare clear documentation and design walkthroughs for alignment with stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Python, SQL, C#.
  • Proficiency in digital workflow platforms and automation tools.
  • Excel Macros (VBA) for automation and process improvement.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, integration, and data connectors.


Business & Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system workflows and digital solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively.


Communication & Collaboration:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders and present solutions clearly.
