Job Title: Electronics Device Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Device Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with customers to understand their device requirements, developing new devices from scratch, and enhancing existing device performance.


Key Responsibilities include:

Requirements include:


  • Master or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering /Physics with 5 years experiences in the Semiconductor Fabs environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering /Physics with 8+ years of experience in BCD device development is welcome to apply.
  • Skills in Bipolar CMOS/DMOS, TCAD, RFSOI, or other semiconductor device technology.
  • Experiences in developing BCD devices from scratch for consumer/automotive grade applications.
  • Detailed understanding of DMOS and CMOS analog device layouts, device characterization, enablement features and application aspects is essential.
