">Role Description

As a hardware engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge electronic systems. Your responsibilities will include designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems, circuits, mechanical systems, digital/analog/optical systems, equipment, and packaging. You will also collaborate with equipment engineers on yield-related topics and implement effective improvement actions to prevent recurrence.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize electronic systems to meet performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.
  • Conduct training for line technicians to improve their technical competency.
  • Implement effective improvement actions to improve process stability and solve chronic issues.
  • Monitor process yield/scrap performance and conduct root cause analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in vacuum PVD equipment.
  • Dynamic team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong passion and drive to seek improvements to equipment and process setup.
