Job Overview:

Emergency Preparedness Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Emergency Preparedness Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing EP equipment, overseeing procurement purchases and claims, and working with the Biomedical Equipment Department to maintain asset tracking.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage EP equipment budget and funding
  • Oversee planning and execution of equipment procurement purchases and claims
  • Maintain asset tracking with the Biomedical Equipment Department
  • Review hospital crisis equipment requirements
  • POC for MOH audit and report for EP equipment
  • Coordinate exercises and drills for emergency response plan
  • Participate in Ops Centre workshop to ensure MCI/CE/NE infrastructure requirements are catered for
  • Coordinate with medical planners and campus planning team on plans and procurement timelines
  • Prepare lists of EP items required and work on procurement timelines

Requirements:

  • Min Degree in any course
  • Some project management experience preferred
