Offshore Procurement Specialist Role

This is a high-profile role requiring expertise in procurement for offshore oil and gas projects. We seek a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in managing cross-border contracts, navigating complex tax implications, and building strong relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Procure equipment, materials, and services for offshore oil and gas projects;
  2. Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project requirements;
  3. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of procured components into the overall project design;
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and project teams;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field;
  • Minimum 10-15 years' experience in procurement for offshore oil and gas projects;
  • Strong knowledge of oil and gas offshore equipment, materials, and services;
  • Experience working with EPC contractors, offshore engineering companies, or oilfield service providers;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese;
  • Able to travel internationally, including extended stays in project locations.
