Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of building facilities, including central chiller systems, cooling towers, pumps, air handling units, compressors, building management systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.

  • Conduct daily checks of all facility systems to guarantee peak efficiency.
  • Attend to all facility works and M&E installations, coordinating with contractors as needed.
  • Provide support to production teams, assisting with machine installations, power hook-ups, cleanroom setup, and other tasks on the production floor.
  • Perform in-house servicing of cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, FFUs, filters, strainers, and other HVAC equipment.
Requirements:
  • NITEC or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Facilities/CEE or equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • A working knowledge of cleanroom environments is preferred.
  • Ability to commit to rotating 12-hour day/night shifts.
