Job Title: Engineering Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:

This is a role where you will be responsible for the general maintenance and minor repairs of equipment and facilities. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from different departments to provide a smooth stay for residents.

You will oversee the upkeep of the building's physical condition, ensuring that heating, lighting, and ventilation systems are functioning properly.

Responsibilities include conducting general maintenance works such as painting, patching walls, plumbing, air-conditioning servicing, electrical work, and other fixtures to ensure smooth operations.

You will also perform routine preventive maintenance programs, check and inspect machinery and equipment, respond to maintenance requisitions and resident requests, and perform related tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain good physical conditions of the building

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance program

  • Respond and prioritize maintenance requisitions
Job Requirements:

You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred. Attained at least a NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Aircon Maintenance, or an equivalent vocational qualification. Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance related technical skills is required.

Willingness to perform shifts is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Aircon Maintenance, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of M&E maintenance related technical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
