Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

As a Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance technicians, developing and implementing maintenance programs, and leading troubleshooting efforts. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising maintenance technicians to perform maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades
  • Developing and implementing maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
  • Leading troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of experience or an associate's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GxP)
  • Knowledge of Reliability Maintenance, Right First Time technique, and performance management
  • Experience working in a large, global, and complex organization is an advantage
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a complex and matrix environment
