Job Opportunity: Operations Executive

The Operations Executive plays a vital role in the management of our food atrium.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the atrium, including daily duties such as maintaining external and internal hygiene, inventory control, and cash audits.

  • Assisting the Branch Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the atrium
  • Enforcing company rules and regulations, and ensuring compliance with government regulations
  • Providing assistance to tenants, customers, and cleaners on requests and queries
  • Conducting routine outlet hygiene checks and inventory checks
  • Assisting with virtual food delivery orders from various tenants
  • Maintaining high standards of outlet aesthetics and staff grooming
  • Serving as the point of contact for external contractors and suppliers
  • Proposing and implementing innovative work-related processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless branch operations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and enforce company policies
  • Offer support services to stakeholders
  • Regularly inspect outlets for cleanliness and stock levels
  • Assist with e-commerce order fulfillment
  • Promote exceptional presentation and employee appearance
  • Coordinate interactions with external vendors
  • Develop and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • A relevant certificate in F&B or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in a similar capacity, although entry-level candidates are also welcome
  • An outgoing and friendly attitude, with good grooming standards
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Skills in handling cash counts and audits
  • Comfortable with cross-deployment of outlets
