Job Title: Operational Assistant

This role involves contributing to the overall success of our business by managing a food atrium.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team with daily operational duties, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant company rules, government requirements, and industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, tenants, and cleaning staff.
  • Conduct routine checks on outlet hygiene and inventory levels to guarantee high-quality products and services.
  • Perform cash audits to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist with virtual food delivery orders for collection, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain high standards of outlet appearance and staff presentation, reflecting positively on our organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external contractors or suppliers, fostering strong relationships and collaborations.
  • Develop and implement innovative work processes to drive efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in F&B or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work six days a week on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Well-groomed individuals with a friendly attitude and excellent communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort handling cash transactions or audits, ensuring efficient financial management.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.
