Job Summary

The Operations Executive role is a pivotal position within our organization. It entails overseeing the daily operations of our food atrium, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and efficient management of resources.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Branch Manager with daily operational duties to maintain optimal atrium performance.
  • Implement Company policies and government regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Provide support to tenants, customers, and cleaners on requests and queries.
  • Conduct regular outlet Hygiene Checks and Inventory Checks to maintain high standards.
  • Perform cash audit checks to verify adherence to Cash Control Policy.
  • Support virtual food delivery orders from various tenants for delivery collection.
  • Maintain exceptional outlet aesthetics and staff grooming standards.
  • Act as primary point of contact for external contractors or suppliers.
  • Pose innovative solutions to improve work-related processes and implement them.
  • Undertake other duties assigned by your superior.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Hold an O/N Level or relevant Certificate in F&B related discipline.
  • Entry-level candidates welcome; experienced candidates with 5-7 years in similar roles may be considered for senior positions.
  • Well-groomed with an outgoing and friendly attitude.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Handle cash counts or audits.
  • Comfortable with cross-deployment of outlets.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
