ServiceNow Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. This role plays a critical part in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow applications, configurations, and customizations to meet business needs.
  • Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts to improve operational efficiency.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs to enhance data exchange and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that drive business value.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects in a timely manner to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to platform governance and change management best practices to maintain high-quality services.
  • Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and patching to keep the system up-to-date and secure.
  • Develop technical documentation and user training materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow is necessary for this role.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc. is essential.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, and CSS is required.
  • Familiarity with Agile and ITIL practices is also necessary.
  • Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP is highly valued.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required; Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications are a plus.
