Job Description:
As a Senior Cleaning Operations Manager at KLOVEX HOLDINGS PTE. LTD., you will oversee and manage a team of cleaning staff/supervisors to ensure the efficient and effective cleaning of all assigned areas.

Key responsibilities include facilitating the planning of the cleaning schedule and the deployment of manpower, conducting regular inspections on project site's cleanliness, and meeting with client's representative every week to build rapport and collect performance feedback from every department.

Additionally, you will interview and recruit workers for assigned site manpower requirements, address and resolve issues raised by the assigned team of workers, maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and supplies, manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including procurement of items, and update senior management on weekly site issues and collaborate with the team on solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cleaning standards and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and lead a team, and a Class 3 Driving License (transport will be provided after probation).
