About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to lead our sales efforts in the Malaysian market and potentially expand into additional ASEAN regions. Your primary responsibility will be to generate a strong pipeline of net new accounts with 1000+ employees, focusing on solution-based selling and ensuring consistent quota achievement. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies, manage complex sales cycles, and build strong relationships with C-level executives. With a focus on creating value for both our customers and partners, you will champion our innovative solutions and drive growth through strategic partnerships and alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target net new accounts with 1000+ employees, focusing on the Malaysian market with potential coverage in additional ASEAN regions.
- Generate a strong pipeline to ensure extensive coverage and consistent quota achievement.
- Create excellent internal relationships, as you cannot close big deals alone.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including pipeline generation and presenting to C-level executives the value of our solution.
- Streamline the contracts phase, with a strong understanding of proposal, terms, and negotiation experience.
- Align with our sales Go-to-Market plan to develop and own accountability for your region's targeted prospects, including accurate forecasting and planning to Leadership.
- Build partner, channel, and alliance relationships to sell more successfully and overachieve your quota.
- Be a Talkdesk Evangelist.
- Work in collaboration with internal resources to own and grow your new business pipeline.
- Work with a base of active customers to upsell new products.
What We Are Looking For:
- Located in Singapore.
- Experience with the market in Malaysia.
- Individuals who enjoy the challenge of Net New Logo's.
- Proven experience of being able to create self-generated opportunities.
- Consistent success selling software into Large Corporate and Enterprise accounts.
- Experienced closing 5-7 figure multi-year contracts.
- Experienced selling to C-suite, senior management, and director-level individuals.
- Champion builders and trusted advisors.
- Ability to command attention in a room by delivering compelling presentations.
- Extensive negotiation and contract development experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
