Job Title: Maternal Wellness Business Development Lead

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead our team in a premium pre and postnatal wellness environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and customer engagement.

  • Create and execute sales strategies to drive growth across all service offerings.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities and customer segments.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Provide tailored consultations and build trusted relationships with expecting and new mothers.
  • Deliver high-quality, empathetic customer service aligned with the wellness journey of clients.
  • Maintain strong client retention through personalized follow-up and care.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales and front-desk team to achieve performance standards.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service etiquette.
  • Foster a positive and professional work culture focused on collaboration and results.

Outlet Operations & Reporting:

  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure seamless appointment flow and client experience.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales records, package usage, and client information in CRM systems.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights to management.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in the wellness, healthcare, or beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with proven team management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, client-centric approach.
  • Prior experience working in maternal wellness is preferred.
