We are currently seeking a highly qualified individual to join our client as Programme Management & Operations Manager, responsible for managing a team of 6 and overseeing operations, student management, planning, and policy implementation.
The ideal candidate should possess significant professional experience in education, leadership capacity, interdisciplinary enthusiasm, commitment to continuous professional development, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The Job:
- Oversee Operations, Student Management, Planning, and Policy Implementation
Study Tours:
Supervise the execution of new initiatives, policies, and procedures, ensuring their seamless integration into departmental workflows.
Ensure all Study Tour proposals are meticulously planned and processed.
Enhance and streamline departmental processes to boost operational efficiency and ensure timely completion.
Programme Management:
Organize and facilitate orientation and pre-enrollment activities for new students.
Oversee the preparation and follow-up of re-modules, re-exams, deferments, withdrawals, program transfers, and other related activities.
Develop strategic plans for online learning and explore new programs to expand the School's offerings.
Budget Planning:
Monitor revenue and expenses closely.
Guarantee the prompt processing of payments to vendors and other parties involved.
The Talent:
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience with substantial professional background in education and leadership roles.
Ability to effectively engage with students from diverse nationalities, academic backgrounds, and social contexts.
Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment.
