Leadership Role in Customer Service Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to manage our customer service team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the contact center, ensuring that KPIs are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain work procedures and processes that align with company standards and strategic directives.
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure they meet their KPIs and adhere to organizational guidelines and policies.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Training teams to identify issues, drive metrics, and balance priorities based on seasonality and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field, preferably with leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent decision-making and analytical abilities.
  • Fluency in English and the language of the supporting market.
