This role is responsible for delivering high-quality front office operations and administrative support services to our community.
- Manage interactions with visitors, students, parents, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Coordinate incoming calls and correspondence while maintaining a welcoming front desk presence.
- Process daily tasks including mail handling, document management, data entry, and general office organization.
- Maintain accurate digital records using Microsoft Excel and relevant systems.
- Provide administrative and logistical assistance for school activities, particularly during examination periods and special events.
- Support school leadership by undertaking additional responsibilities assigned by administration managers, vice-principals, and principal.
Essential Qualifications
- A pleasant personality, willingness to learn, and inquisitive nature.
- A team player who is organized, able to multitask, and prioritize daily tasks using today's office technologies and computer applications.
- Favorably considered: GCE O-Levels or equivalent administrative working experience.
