As a Cloud-Based Data Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data platforms and systems on cloud infrastructure such as AWS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions that meet the evolving demands of the fintech industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable data platforms and systems on cloud infrastructure (AWS)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions
  • Work closely with the infrastructure team to build and operate foundational components
  • Develop and maintain reusable data job frameworks to enable efficient orchestration of data pipelines
  • Optimize performance of distributed data processing systems

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in PySpark, SQL, and Python for large-scale data processing
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and orchestration tools such as Workflow or Apache Airflow
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control systems like GitLab
