Cloud Infrastructure Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design, build, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS.

This role requires the ability to configure, harden, and manage Windows Server 2022, 2019, and 2016 in a cloud-native environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with automated AMI pipeline management, building, maintaining, and versioning compliant Windows AMIs at scale.

The Cloud Infrastructure Architect will be responsible for integrating enterprise observability agents, endpoint protection tools, and compliance agents into image builds. They will also be familiar with applying CIS Benchmarks for Windows operating systems and ensuring that AMIs are hardened and validated against such benchmarks.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Cloud Infrastructure Architect will need to package and maintain MS SQL Server configurations as part of standard image builds, ensuring licensing, security, and performance configurations are aligned with best practices.

A strong background in automation tools such as git, ansible, CloudFormation, and PowerShell, as well as experience with AWS SSM, Packer, Terraform, is required to support AMI lifecycle management. The successful candidate will also be able to document standard build processes, hardening steps, and compliance checkpoints to support audit and operational readiness.
