Job Title: Performance Coordinator

The Role:

As a skilled coordinator, you will oversee the logistics of live performances, ensuring a seamless execution from start to finish. This involves creating and managing rehearsal schedules to meet production deadlines.

You will work closely with the production team to capture high-quality images during events using your photography skills.

Additionally, you will effectively manage furniture and props to create an immersive experience for the audience. This includes making alterations to the set and props between scene changes to maintain the production's integrity.

Furthermore, you will develop a comprehensive risk assessment to guarantee the safety of the entire company and manage the backstage and onstage area during performances, ensuring seamless transitions and logistics.

This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, thinking on your feet to address any unexpected issues that may arise.
