Job Title: Performance Improvement Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced M&E (Measurement and Evaluation) Coordinator to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordination, and document preparation.
  • They will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of projects through effective planning, management, and deployment of resources.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders including customers, sub-contractors, and site teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • The M&E Coordinator will identify and record any problems relating to products and processes.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
  • Coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning and coordination

  • Resource management
  • Problem identification and resolution
  • Client liaison

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
  • Autodesk Revit MEP experience is an advantage
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
