Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing sales orders, preparing quotes, sales proposals, and contracts in coordination with the sales team. You will also maintain and update customer databases, liaise with internal departments, and track and report on sales metrics and performance data.

You will respond to customer inquiries, provide support related to sales orders, pricing, and product availability, and assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and materials for client meetings. Additionally, you will coordinate scheduling and communications for the sales team and support the onboarding process for new clients.

Your goal will be to ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and quality standards while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage sales orders
  • Prepare quotes, sales proposals, and contracts

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
