Job Title: Policy Fee Manager

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions for complex healthcare policy issues. You will support the team lead in creating policies related to healthcare fees, subsidy frameworks, and costing guidelines across institutions.

Your key responsibilities include managing fee revision exercises across institutions, which involves data consolidation, analysis, and submission of returns to relevant authorities. Additionally, you will maintain a database of fees and communicate approved pricing updates to relevant institutions.

You will also provide secretariat support for a cluster charging workgroup, coordinating inter-institutional fee standardization initiatives that align with the national billing system and EPIC implementation. Your role involves analyzing fee revisions, subsidy frameworks, and national costing guidelines across various clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing patient bills and benchmarking healthcare charges against institutional data and market norms.
  • Conducting feasibility studies on fee caps and analyzing fee revisions.
  • Maintaining a database of fees and communicating approved pricing updates to relevant institutions.
  • Coodinating inter-institutional fee standardization initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, engineering, or accounting with at least 6 years of relevant working experience in finance/business administration or data analytics field.
  • Candidates with a master's in public health or health economics are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in pricing, fees benchmarking, management accounting, reporting, costing, economic reviews, financial modeling, and multi-variate analysis is advantageous.
