Role Overview
As a Fees and Charging Policy Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing policies related to healthcare fees, subsidy frameworks, and costing guidelines across various clinical services. The position requires analyzing fee revisions, subsidy frameworks, and national costing guidelines, as well as conducting feasibility studies on fee caps and benchmarking healthcare charges against institutional data and market norms.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of fee revisions, subsidy frameworks, and national costing guidelines to inform policy development.
- Develop and implement feasibility studies on fee caps to ensure alignment with healthcare industry standards.
- Benchmark healthcare charges against institutional data and market norms to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or Accounting.
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience in Finance/ Business Administration or Data Analytics field.
- Candidates with a Master's in Public Health or Health Economics are welcome to apply.
- Relevant policy development and research experience in a public healthcare setting or public health administration roles is advantageous.
