Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of policies related to healthcare fees, subsidy frameworks and costing guidelines across various clinical services.

This role involves analysing fee revisions, subsidy frameworks, and national costing guidelines, as well as conducting feasibility studies on fee caps, analysing patient bills, and benchmarking healthcare charges against institutional data and market norms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing fee revision exercises, including data consolidation, analysis, and submission of returns to relevant authorities. They will also be responsible for maintaining a fee database and communicating approved pricing updates to stakeholders.

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance/Business Administration or Data Analytics field
  • Master's in Public Health or Health Economics is advantageous
  • Prior experience in pricing, fees benchmarking, management accounting, reporting, costing, economic reviews, financial modelling and multi-variate analysis
