About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned system administrator to join our elite team of IT specialists. As an integral part of our Managed Services department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support services that meet or exceed client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain high-performance server environments, ensuring optimal stability and efficiency.
  • Diligently identify, log, and resolve complex technical issues within the scope of incident management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery, adhering to predefined service level agreements.
  • Respond promptly to site-related issues, utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and rectify faults.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate recovery efforts and implement proactive measures to prevent future disruptions.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, clusters, NLB, and Unix platforms.
  • Proven expertise in OS provision, hardening, and patching.
  • Familiarity with Solarwinds, Manage Engine, and BMC Control-M solutions.
  • Proficiency in AV solutions such as Symantec.
  • At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure support is required for this position.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • An Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification.
