Job Title: Delivery Director

As a seasoned delivery director, you will be responsible for leading project planning activities, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline estimation, to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, and track progress against project timelines to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams, including mobile developers, backend developers, frontend engineers, etc, to ensure alignment on project priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication between teams to ensure quality standards are met and deviations from the project plan are addressed promptly.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in project management or delivery management roles, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and the ability to adapt approaches based on project requirements.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, issues, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
