  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, treatment rooms, and equipment, adhering to industry standards.
  • Provide detailed information about spa services and make personalized recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Monitor spa supplies and report shortages to the supervisor, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Gather necessary information about guests' medical conditions and allergies prior to treatment, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working as a spa therapist is essential.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications are highly desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques is required.
  • Able to stand for extended periods, ensuring optimal performance during busy shifts.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are crucial for delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with guests.
