You will be joining an innovative skin, beauty & wellness brand based in Pune, operating an e-commerce platform and a signature facial spa. The company is aiming to expand to Mumbai & Delhi, and as the Spa Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence to provide an elevated client experience. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and supervising spa staff, managing scheduling, and tracking performance to maintain a motivated and efficient team. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance of the spa, including housekeeping, repairs, and compliance with health and safety regulations. It will be your duty to conduct stock audits, reorder supplies, and ensure that the spa is well-equipped with necessary products and equipment at all times. You will also be responsible for managing client communications, such as reminders, follow-ups, feedback, and complaints, and continuously improving guest service standards based on client feedback. Monitoring expenses, handling bookkeeping, tracking cash flow, preparing financial reports, and suggesting pricing strategies, packages, and discounts will be part of your role. Collaboration with the in-house team to implement marketing strategies and drive sales efforts for the spa will also be essential. Furthermore, you will work with specialists to develop and introduce new spa treatments that align with client needs and market trends. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in medispa or spa management, hospitality, or beauty retail store management. A background in beauty, retail, hospitality, or e-commerce is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in spa software. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, HR, or a related field is required, and experience in luxury environments is a plus.The starting annual package for this position ranges from 3.75 - 5.40 lakhs negotiable based on experience. This is a full-time job with a day shift and weekend availability required.
