Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR processes with various Team Leaders, handling onboarding and offboarding clearances, and submitting applications for work passes and claims for government-paid leaves.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate HR processes with various Team Leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding clearances, including the issuance of HR letters as required.
  • Submit applications for work passes and claims for government-paid leaves in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring that all necessary documents are stored securely.
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager, Finance and HR to foster effective HR processes and standards within the organization.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with good organizing skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in an administrative or HR role.
