ServiceNow Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration, as well as strong knowledge of various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).

The successful applicant will be proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, workflows, and client/server scripting. They will also have experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.

The role requires a solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, workflows, and client/server scripting
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
