ServiceNow Implementation Expert

  • Design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT operations and workflow efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop custom solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications according to business needs.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, forms, scripts, UI policies and reports.
  • Provide technical support and enhancements to ServiceNow implementations.
  • Assist in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Configure core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM).
  • Participate in UAT and assist with data migration.
  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor performance and KPIs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically ITOM modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
  • Familiarity with Observability tools is an advantage.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects: business rules, client scripts, UI actions, ACLs etc.
  • Experience in User Management including roles, groups and permissions.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
